Well, to update on the past few weeks, I have been pretty busy. We did Easter until I was sick of eggs. I think we hunted eggs in like 3 or 4 different places. Then we went to Eufaula for the weekend with Keith's grandparents on their camper. That was a wonderful relaxing few days. The pollen was horrible, the top of the lake had a yellow cover. Bailey got her cast off and was able to start playing ball this past week. A little girl on our team and her mother died in a car wreck this past Monday on their way to school. Such a tragady. So far our little team is doing pretty good. We have had 3 games, we tied one, won one, and one was canceled due to our loss. I have been sick for about the last month and a 1/2 with a cough due to pollen, I think. I'm so tired of coughing. Aiden dealt with strep throat a week or 2 ago, oh what fun. Ben turned 10 the 14th, and I think that is about it. Oh and we have been having some abousolutely fabulous weather, that I LOVE!!! We have gotten out and played and done yard work and oh so enjoyed our time off. Well I guess that's all for now, I 'll post a few pics.

A Rattling Good Time!!!
This weekend of course was the Rattlesnake Rodeo in Opp and Keith, Aiden, and I went and spent a few hours and then went back to see Billy Currington. Aiden wanted to go jump on the inflatables that they had there or so he thought he did, until we paid for him to do it as many times as he wanted, got his stamp, stood in line at one and he found out he had to take off his shoes. That WAS NOT happening so that was money down the drain. I have one that I can't keep shoes on and one that doesn't like to part with his shoes. We walked around for a while longer and he saw a motorcycle he wanted so he got that found him some dirt to play in and was a happy camper. We had a great time. We left and went to my husbands grandparents and saw them ate some supper and went back for my favorite part, the concert. He put on a pretty good concert, and I really like some of his music.
We had a great weekend, it was beautiful outside and just fabulous. Now if I could just get over this coughing from all the beautiful yellow stuff UGH!!! Hope you all have great Easter Weekend!!!

What a Wild One!!!
Well so far this week has been anything and everything but uneventful. My life is always wild, but it got a new spin on wild starting Sunday. Bailey & I were in the backyard playing tag late Sunday afternoon, when she what I thought trips and falls in front of me (she now tells me "momma I didn't trip I DOVE". Well I was right on her, about to tag her and well..... I swung out enough to miss her body, but not quite enough time to miss her hand. I ran across her hand and BOOM come crashing down myself. I hurry up off the ground to see about her (crying loudly). At the time I thought I got her arm, but no it was her fingers. They were red so we hurry in and get the ice. They began to swell, but I thought surely they are not broke. We carried on as usual Monday w/ school and work, but I decided since it kept looking worse I would take her to the doctor on Tuesday. She would not let you breath on them more less touch them (they were so swollen and blue I thought they would pop). So I had her an appointment on Tuesday with Dr. E at 9:30. He of course ordered X-rays, then back to his office for the news. She has 2 broken fingers. Well I'm feeling real good by now. Then we're off to Dr. Holland's office, for more wonderful news. Dr. Holland said that her ring finger was crooked and he could straighten it out in the office which would hurt or he could put her under and do it. Well no brainer, no pain please. So Andalusia was full, but he said he would be in Opp on Wed and we could do it over there. So once again no brainer let's get it over with please. So off to Opp to do the pre-op stuff then back to work for 2 hours. By now I'm ready to just sit down and cry, but got to be strong for her.
Wednesday it's off to drop Aiden off at his maw-maw's and be at Mizell by 6:45 a.m. meaning I had to be up by 4 and I did not sleep well. They did her I.V. (which I was not aware of, Dr. Holland said gas), she did great with it, never cried or anything. They took her back, not taking 30 minutes to do and she was back snoozing away with a cast/splint. She woke up and 1st thing out of her mouth "It's not pink". Dr. Holland said he would take it off and put a pink one on at his office for her appt. Thursday. She is doing great, back to school today, and excited about her cast. She has told me before she wished she could have a cast. I told her I wouldn't play with her again LOL!!! We have just signed up for softball again and started practicing for that, but that's on hold for 4-6 weeks.
Sorry for such a long story. Here is a few pictures of my princess in a cast.

Birthdays and Snow
It's been a while since I posted so I'll try to catch up a bit. We've had 2 birthdays, I had surgery, and we had snow in south Alabama. Just not quite south enough though. It did not snow at my house in Wing, so Aiden, Heather (my SIL), Chasity (Heather's sister), and myself traveled to Opp to play in the snow. We had such fun and Aiden was soooo funny, although you need not through any at him. He was not found of that at all. It is such a beautiful work of our Father, but I'm glad we don't have to deal with it for weeks at the time. Once a year would be good.
The end of January we had a little party for Bailey and Aiden to celebrate their birthdays. Where does time go, it don't feel like 9 or 3 years has passed. We had a good time with them and family.
The 2nd of February I had surgery, doing great and getting back to normal. I went back to work a day short of a week after having surgery. Last week was rough and I was glad I had Friday off, because I was sooooo exhausted by Thursday. Well here is a few pictures from the last few weeks.
Happy Birthday to my babies!!!!

That didn't work to well!!!

It's cold!!

Aiden getting in on the snowball fight!!

My Husband's g-mother and cousins snowmen!!! Roll Tide!!!!

And lastly my sweet angel

That's all for now. Have a great week!!!!

Busy!!!
Busy doesn't even begin to describe what I have been the last few months. I've been going to post and been going to post, but there was always something else to do. We've had Thanksgiving, Christmas and well just life. Christmas is wonderful and one of my favorite times of the year, but I was so glad for it to be over. I ran here and there and all over the place and was just sooooo tired, not to mention my house was a wreck from toys and paper and such. Oh and I almost forgot the 13th Championship Alabama won ROLL TIDE!!!
So here we are another year, my baby will be 3 in a week and my other baby will be 9 shortly after him. So happy birthday to them a little early since I have to have "woman surgery" done and will be out of order for a week or so.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and have a blessed New Year.

Wooohoooo!!!
We finally finished up cheering, praise the Lord. Last Saturday we had our awards thing. It was quite chilly that day, but I was ever so happy that it was over. After all the late nights, getting drenched in Goshen, and a little damp the next weekend. I'm so glad it is over. Have you ever been to Goshen, well you can't get there from here. It's one of those there's no good way to get there and you would never come across it w/o signs, that I think God put there LOL!!! They were cardboard written. Anywho we have been busy with that and today was Aiden's party at daycare. I was bad, and just threw on a football jersy that was my stepsons when they were smaller. I just don't get into this halloween stuff. Well I guess that's all for now. I will end with some pictures.

I got this e-mail and I thought it was a neat way to think about things. Figured I would share it with you.
Sometimes we wonder, "What did I do to deserve this?" or "Why did God have to do this to me?" Here is a wonderful explanation! A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.
Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says, "Absolutely Mom, I love your cake."
"Here, have some cooking oil," her Mother offers.
"Yuck" says her daughter.
"How about a couple raw eggs?" "Gross, Mom!"
"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?"
"Mom, those are all yucky!"
To which the mother replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake! "
God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!
God is crazy about you. He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen. He can live anywhere in the universe, and He chose your heart.
If you like this, send this on to the people you really care about.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.
